Egyptian people react as they light candles in Dahab, Egypt, Wednesday, April 26, 2006 at the site where one of three bombs ripped through Egypt's Red Sea resort Monday. Three nearly simultaneous bombings hit this Egyptian beach resort popular with foreigners April 24, killing at least 24 people on streets filled with tourists and Egyptians enjoying a long weekend marking a national holiday. When terrorists blew themselves up in Egypt this week, the Islamic militant group Hamas quickly joined Arab governments and Western leaders in condemning the attack. Egypt's banned Muslim Brotherhood said the bombings were 'aggression on human souls created by God.' The denunciations from Islamic militants were unexpectedly harsh, signaling that radical Muslim organizations are scrambling to distance themselves from al-Qaida, experts say.
