A folk artist paints a pig-shaped mud sculpture in Fengxiang County in China's northwest Shaanxi Province, Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2007. As the Year of Pig for the Chinese Lunar New Year draws near, the pig-shaped mud sculptures will be sold both domestically and overseas. Each lunar year in China is named after an animal, running in a twelve-year cycle. The pig is also a symbol of wealth and prosperity in Chinese culture. click to open
